A5 Recruitment is a well-established Engineering, Manufacturing & Automotive recruitment specialist based in Greater Manchester, with a proven track record of delivering top-tier talent solutions nationwide. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven recruiter with a strong sales background. You will be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process - from winning new business and developing client relationships, to securing retained or exclusive assignments and delivering outstanding placements.
Annual Targets vary from £100,000 to £175,000 depending on experience – Year 1 expectations would be between £55,000 & £70,000.
Key Responsibilities- A consistent track record of exceeding sales and billing targets.

- Ability to identify growth opportunities and independently manage your client and candidate processes from start to finish.
