Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and level (Service & Call Out from £35,000–£40,000; more for engineers who can also carry out repairs, testing and installations)
Hours: 38.75 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:15am–5:00pm, plus a 1-in-4 call-out rota

What You’ll Do
- Servicing, maintaining and responding to call-outs on passenger and goods lifts
- Fault-finding, repairs, refurbishment and testing to current standards and regulations
- Providing senior-level technical expertise, assessments and reporting on faults, processes and costs
- Monitoring site safety, quality, compliance and the performance of field engineers and subcontractors
- Managing site technical queries and liaising with clients
- Conducting site surveys and producing dilapidation and technical reports
- Assisting with commissioning refurbished lifts
What You’ll Need
- Experience with passenger and goods lifts in a lift engineer or lift technician role – service, call-out, repairs or technician level all considered
- Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 (or working towards / Level 4) in Lift Engineering or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
