Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours (flexitime + early Friday finish)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our team in a hands-on role within a supportive and forward-thinking manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Program, set, and operate CNC machines
  • Work with Doosan HM630 and Trevisan 31i machines
  • Set machines “right first time”
  • Carry out self-inspection to ensure quality standards
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Suggest and implement machining improvements
  • Support and mentor apprentices
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Proven CNC machining experience
  • Ability to programme using Fanuc
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Understanding of 5S methodology
  • Good communication and time-keeping skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
