Overview
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our team in a hands-on role within a supportive and forward-thinking manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Program, set, and operate CNC machines
- Work with Doosan HM630 and Trevisan 31i machines
- Set machines “right first time”
- Carry out self-inspection to ensure quality standards
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Suggest and implement machining improvements
- Support and mentor apprentices
- Perform additional duties as required
- Proven CNC machining experience
- Ability to programme using Fanuc
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Understanding of 5S methodology
- Good communication and time-keeping skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
