We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Supervisor to lead industrial installation projects, supervise site teams, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Location: Site-based role with travel and working away when required.
Hours: Full-time – 38 hours per week (basic) - Overtime essential.
Salary & Benefits:

The Role:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead and support installation teams on site
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within specification
- Manage labour, materials, and site performance efficiently
- Maintain health & safety compliance and site standards
- Review site documentation and assist where required
- Support quotations, material planning, and reporting
Electrical Installation Duties:
You will be hands-on and capable of working independently:
- Install cable containment systems
- Mount equipment (isolators, junction boxes, etc.)
- Run, gland, terminate and test cables
- Earth plant equipment in accordance with BS 7671
- Test installations to BS 7671/NICEIC standards
- Test electrical control panels
- Maintain safe and orderly work areas
Requirements:
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ industrial installation experience
- Strong knowledge of current wiring regulations and safety standards
- CSCS/ECS card and Health & Safety training
- IPAF certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desirable:
- Experience supervising industrial electrical installations
- Ability to prepare material schedules and site documentation
