You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing engaging online games and applications. As we operate in a startup environment, this position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, strong technical skills, and a passion for gaming. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your Responsibilities Web App Development: Implemented complex (game) mechanics, user interfaces, animations, and visual effects to create immersive user experiences. Optimize performance for a smooth and responsive gameplay experience across different devices and browsers. Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure compatibility and responsiveness of games across various platforms and devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablets. Test games on different browsers and devices to identify and resolve compatibility issues and optimize performance. Collaboration and Creativity: Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other developers to brainstorm ideas, define game concepts, and bring them to life. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance gameplay, user engagement, and overall gaming experience. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in HTML5 game development to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix bugs, glitches, and performance issues. Work closely with QA testers to ensure the quality and stability of games before release. Implement analytics and tracking tools to gather user feedback and insights for continuous improvement. Documentation and Maintenance: Document code, game design specifications, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for released games, including updates, patches, and bug fixes. Collaborate with the technical support team to address user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to games. What You Bring to the Table Strong Experience with React & Next.js Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, MUI, SASS, CSS Animations. Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, Vite, Git. This role sits within AceGuardian , a cutting-edge team within A5 Labs. AceGuardian is focused on building advanced AI agents through reinforcement learning, game solving, fine-tuning, and planning. These AI agents tackle challenges like anti-cheat detection (collusion, bots) and optimal gameplay across various games. The team operates in stealth mode and is composed of experts in AI, machine learning, and game development, all working together to revolutionise both gaming and real-world problem-solving.
