Are you finishing college and looking to begin an exciting career in design or construction? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and supportive team as a Trainee Revit Designer, where you’ll learn how to turn building plans into real-life projects that shape communities.

You’ll receive full training in Revit design software, gaining valuable hands‑on experience while working on projects for national housebuilders and self‑build clients. No previous experience is needed — just enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and updating design layouts using industry‑leading Revit software
• Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to gather key information
• Working closely with experienced designers, architects, and engineers
• Assisting in the design and coordination of pre‑cast concrete flooring systems
• Helping the team meet project deadlines and deliver high‑quality results

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English)
• A keen interest in design, construction, or engineering
• Great attention to detail and good organisational skills
• A positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn new software and technical skills
