The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a specialist design team working on major sports facilities and infrastructure projects. You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and quality of BIM information across projects, working closely with architects, engineers, technicians and other multidisciplinary consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM delivery in line with project requirements and ISO 19650 principles.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary Revit models and design information.
- Undertake model reviews, clash detection and model federation using Navisworks.
- Manage model setup, links, worksets and information exchanges.
- Support BIM Execution Plans and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
- Carry out QA reviews of Revit models, drawings and technical information.
- Provide BIM and Revit support to designers and technicians.
- Undertake Revit modelling and drawing production where required.
- Support the coordination of drainage, irrigation, heating, ventilation and associated infrastructure.
About You
- Strong practical Autodesk Revit experience.
- Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or similar.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design information.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management.
- Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
- Experience using a CDE such as Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
- Strong technical drawing and model QA skills.
- Good communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience would be advantageous.
- Sports industry experience is desirable but not essential, with training provided.
