We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and construction painting and decorating, possess strong communication skills. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on various projects. A valid driving licence is essential as the role may require travel to different job sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
  • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Measure and cut materials as needed for various decorating tasks.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while on-site.

Requirements:
