Pay: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour + commission
About the Finance Broker Role
A3 Capital is a growing financial services company looking for motivated Finance Brokers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and ambitious business where your input directly contributes to growth and success.
You will work with clients to help them secure suitable finance solutions, manage cases from enquiry through to completion, and build strong relationships with lenders and clients.
Finance Broker Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries and assess financial needs
- Source and present suitable finance options from lenders
- Manage applications through to completion
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
- Work closely with lenders and third parties
- Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements
- Support business growth through referrals and networking
What We’re Looking For as the Finance Broker
- Experience in finance, sales, mortgages, lending, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and motivated mindset
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Professional and reliable approachWillingness to learn and develop within a growing company
What We Offer for the Finance Broker
- Hourly pay of £13.00 - £16.00 depending on experience
