Key Responsibilities: . * Manage all compliance requirements including tachograph downloading, driver files, and compliance documentation. * Operate our Transport Management System (TMS): scheduling jobs, communicating with drivers, managing diaries, and logging key information. * Take full ownership of transport operations β including long hours when necessary, handling issues in real time with customers and drivers, and staying cool under pressure. * Collaborate with the team to manage varied loads, container work, general haulage, shipping coordination, and on-site logistics.
