About The Role
We are seeking a Property Transaction Officer to support the delivery of our property disposal programme, including the sale of the PRS Investor Portfolio and other non-core, tactical asset disposals. Working closely with the Senior Property Transaction Manager and Head of Service, you will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end sales process once assets have been identified for disposal. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and professional advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day tasks and activities within the property sales and disposal programme.
- Process documentation and data accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Lead stakeholder liaison where required, ensuring timely delivery of information and actions.
- Gather, manage and coordinate property data from internal and external sources.
- Take ownership of allocated project elements within the wider sales programme.
- Produce performance and progress information for review by senior management when required.
- Support senior management by working with appointed consultants and professional advisers.
- Attend meetings, provide updates and, where appropriate, lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Senior Property Transaction Manager on sales programme matters when necessary.
- Ensure all programme documentation is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement and the sharing of good practice.
