The predicted salary is between 28000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

Pyramid Plus, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance services to the residents of over 38,000 homes across London and the South of England. We aim to provide customer led services to enhance residents' lives.

Day to day duties include:

  • Receiving high volumes of repair requests and booking them into Operatives' diaries to ensure the most efficient service and best use of skills.
  • Overseeing Operatives to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Responding to emergency and urgent repair requests and ensuring they are met within strict Service Levels.
  • Liaising with Operatives and Supervisors to ensure appropriate follow-on works are booked in and completed.
  • Assisting colleagues throughout the business on queries regarding responsive repairs.
  • Providing a professional and customer-focused service.

Role Criteria:

  • Ideally have previous Repairs Planning / Scheduling experience.
  • A professional, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service ethos and commitment to high quality delivery.
  • Strong written, verbal, questioning & interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Social housing or similar background is desirable.
  • Experience in a customer service centre or call handling experience is desirable.

All roles require entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship. All roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
