Location: Ealing / Hybrid

Salary: £34,957 FTE (£20,974.20 pro rata)

Contract: 12-month fixed‑term, part‑time (21 hours per week / 3 days per week)

Are you confident interpreting data, identifying trends and turning insight into meaningful action? As an Operational Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational teams through high‑quality reporting, analysis, and performance insight that helps drive service improvement and customer satisfaction. This is a varied and collaborative role where you’ll work closely with operational teams, stakeholders, and data colleagues to develop dashboards, reports, and performance information that supports decision‑making across the business. We’re looking for someone analytical, detail‑focused and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, who can deliver accurate and meaningful insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have a technical understanding of systems and data management platforms used across the Group
  • Produce accurate and accessible business intelligence, dashboards and reports to support operational service leads in understanding and improving performance
  • Contribute to performance and assurance reporting for oversight committees, including the Customer Service Committee and Group Board
  • Interpret data and provide commentary to support service improvement, customer satisfaction and first‑time resolution outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with operational performance colleagues to provide accurate and consistent data that supports service improvement activities
  • Work alongside IT, the data team and third‑party providers to support system changes and understand reporting impacts and future requirements
  • Support data quality validation and data cleansing activities, helping operational teams reduce errors and improve reporting accuracy
  • Contribute to high‑quality performance and impact reporting to demonstrate the value of operational analytic activity
  • Ensure the collection, management and use of data complies with GDPR requirements
More About You
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*–C)
  • Qualified, or willing to work towards qualification, in NICE IEX Workforce Management
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an analytical or statistical role
  • Experience understanding IT systems, data sets and identifying data quality issues and reporting requirements
  • Working knowledge of reporting software including Power BI and/or equivalent
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports to meet business requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data for both strategic and operational purposes
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative working relationships across teams and stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, manage deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of using Dynamics would be advantageous
