As a Neighbourhood Manager at A2Dominion, no two days will be the same. You will be the face of our organisation within the community, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed‑tenure properties and supporting residents to live safely and well. From estate inspections and building safety to managing noise complaints and safeguarding issues, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality neighbourhood management and thriving communities. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular estate, scheme, and property inspections to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness and compliance.
- Manage tenancy‑related issues including noise complaints, neighbour disputes, anti‑social behaviour and safeguarding concerns.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to resolve building maintenance and safety matters.
- Actively engage with residents through clear, regular communication, ensuring concerns are listened to and resolved.
- Provide tailored support to vulnerable residents and families, identifying risks and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Capture resident feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
- Represent A2Dominion at external meetings, attend court proceedings when required, and support residents through complex cases.
Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English (Grades A* - C).
- Experience in a customer‑facing role such as housing, community services, local authority, social care, customer resolution or a similar environment involving case management or complaint handling.
- Experience supporting vulnerable people or managing complex cases.
- Ability to work independently, manage a busy and varied workload, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Confident communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and challenge behaviour when necessary.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong record‑keeping skills.
- Comfortable carrying out regular estate inspections and face‑to‑face resident meetings.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Good understanding of safeguarding principles, with confidence to elevate concerns appropriately.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Desirable
- Knowledge of tenancy law, anti‑social behaviour processes, or building safety.
- Relevant training or qualifications in safeguarding, ASB, mediation, or health & safety.
- Experience using CRM or case management systems.
