  • Department: PRS & INT (Private Rented and Intermediate Rented properties).

Role overview

To assist the Property Manager(s) to manage a portfolio of residential buildings including multi-occupancy dwellings and carry out landlord obligations within regulatory requirements. To assist the Property Manager(s) in the delivery of high quality housing management support to A2Dominion residents. To act as the single point of contact for residents where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Administration: Carry out day to day administrative duties, act as a primary point of contact for customers and partner organisations, produce letters, notices, invoices, and other formal documentation, respond promptly and professionally to enquiries.
  • Repairs & Contractor Coordination: Report repairs and escalate issues where necessary, support monitoring of contractor performance, liaise with contractors and residents regarding planned inspections, testing visits, and other works, update and maintain accurate records of inspections and contractor activity.
  • Budget & Stock Monitoring: Assist in monitoring expenditure against budgets, track and manage the use of stock and materials, work with internal teams on service charge estimates and final accounts.
  • Resident Support & Safety: Encourage and promote good housekeeping and fire safety practices among residents, support actions that contribute to safe and well-managed buildings.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain all required organisational and site specific documentation to the required standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support resident needs, represent A2Dominion at internal and external meetings and forums when required.
  • Reporting & Performance: Produce reports using standard templates, monitor performance indicators to help ensure tenancy management objectives are met.

About you

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a front facing role.
  • Proven experience of problem solving for customers and understanding their needs, including vulnerable people.
  • Good working knowledge and experience of IT packages/software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM system) to maximise own efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Desirable: Full Clean UK driving license.
