As our Senior Property and Safety Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional property and building safety management across a portfolio of tall, complex mixed‑tenured and commercial buildings. You will ensure our buildings meet all safety and regulatory requirements, while proactively responding to new legislation and evolving resident expectations. You’ll drive robust processes, maintain accurate data, and anticipate changes to keep our services improving through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your buildings, covering compliance, repairs, planned maintenance, and resident engagement
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure all building and asset information is accurately captured and maintained in the relevant IT systems to the highest standard
- Stay up to date with building safety legislation and actively support your Head of Department in reviewing services to ensure compliance
- Conduct and monitor regular estate inspections, maintaining accurate records and resolving issues promptly
- Support Case Workers in investigating and resolving resident enquiries, providing advice and guidance
- Represent the Group at meetings, hearings, and forums, building constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Use data to set challenging yet achievable targets and develop innovative methods to improve performance
- Lead service delivery across fire safety (including testing of fire safety equipment), estate budgets, contract management, and resident communications

More About You
- ATPI or MTPI membership (or equivalent qualification)
- Intermediate MS Office skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong background in building safety, estate management, or housing services
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- In‑depth knowledge of building safety legislation and a proactive approach to compliance
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working with diverse communities and building positive relationships
- Confidence in using data and digital tools to enhance service delivery
- Experience of delivering residential property management in private or public housing sector or technical knowledge of building construction and fire safety
- Full UK clean driving licence
