Social network you want to login/join with: Job Title: Resourcing Team Leader Salary: ÂŁ57,000 Type: 12 months fixed term contract, full time – 35 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 5 days Location: Hybrid – mix of home and Ealing office location DBS Level: Basic The Role: We’re looking for a Resourcing Team Leader to help deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and compliant recruitment service across role combines hands-on recruitment with day-to-day leadership of our resourcing team. You’ll manage senior, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles, oversee recruitment delivery, and support the Resourcing Manager with ongoing improvements to our processes, systems, and candidate experience. What you’ll do: End-to-End Recruitment•Personally manage complex and high-priority recruitment campaigns across operational, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles.•Apply inclusive and compliant hiring practices across all touchpoints – from briefing to onboarding.•Champion structured assessment, EVP-aligned attraction, and direct sourcing methods to reduce agency reliance.•Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to plan recruitment activity and deliver a smooth, professional Leadership & Delivery Oversight•Lead, support and line manage Resourcing Partners and a Resourcer – including performance reviews, supervision, and development.•Oversee day-to-day workload planning, team resourcing, and delivery monitoring.•Act as a quality checkpoint for recruitment outputs – reviewing adverts, interviews, offers and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.•Provide coaching and feedback to develop capability in the team.Operational & Strategic Support•Support the Resourcing Manager in embedding recruitment strategy, systems improvements, and policy rollouts.•Deputise in meetings and decision-making forums as required, ensuring continuity of leadership.•Lead on specific recruitment improvement projects, such as interview training, digital tools, or ED&I initiatives.•Monitor and report on team KPIs and recruitment trends, identifying risks or delays and taking ownership for resolution.Stakeholder & System Ownership•Build strong relationships with hiring managers, People Business Partners and internal support teams.•Own and resolve escalations relating to recruitment process, candidate issues or system bottlenecks.•Ensure Cornerstone ATS is used effectively and consistently across the team, and support system training where needed. You’ll bring: •Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)•CIPD or recognised resourcing qualification or equivalent relevant experience•Proven end-to-end recruitment expertise, with experience managing complex and high-volume campaigns•Experience leading or supervising a team within a recruitment or resourcing environment•In-depth understanding of recruitment compliance, ED&I, and candidate experience principles•Skilled in using and optimising Cornerstone applicant tracking systems•Experience in housing, public sector or regulated industries Why A2Dominion?
