Join us as a Property Manager and play a key role in delivering an excellent housing management service for our residents. As the first point of contact for many residents, you'll provide advice, resolve queries and complaints, carry out property inspections, and work closely with contractors and colleagues to ensure our homes are safe, well managed and our customers receive a great service.
No two days are the same. You'll balance tenancy management, customer service, inspections, administration and accurate record keeping, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll also provide reception cover, so you'll enjoy speaking with people and be confident supporting customers face to face, over the telephone and by email.

This role is based at Dean's Court in Bristol, with regular support required at Woodland Court, which is around 15 minutes away.
