Are you an organised and detail-focused PMO professional with experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can coordinate complex activities, manage competing priorities, and provide high-quality governance and reporting support? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a PMO Officer to join our Project Services team, supporting the successful delivery of complex, organisation-wide transformation projects and programmes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring strong governance, effective reporting, and coordination across multiple projects and workstreams, helping to drive successful delivery and strategic outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of programme governance frameworks, standards, and controls
  • Coordinate governance meetings and forums, including agenda management, reporting packs, and minute-taking
  • Track actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies across projects and workstreams
  • Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, and delivery timelines
  • Support Project Managers and workstream leads to ensure project plans remain accurate and up to date
  • Produce regular programme reporting, dashboards, and performance insights for senior stakeholders
  • Maintain RAID logs and support effective risk, issue, and dependency management processes
  • Support budget tracking, resource planning, and programme administration activities
  • Assist with stakeholder communications, presentations, and programme updates
  • Act as a central coordination point across project teams and stakeholders
  • Support lessons learned activities and continuous improvement initiatives across the programme
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a PMO, project support, or programme support role within large-scale transformation or strategic programmes
  • Strong understanding of project, programme, and portfolio management methodologies and controls
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience supporting senior stakeholders
  • Experience using MS Project or similar planning tools
  • Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent qualification or experience)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or relevant degree (desirable)
