Overview
Plumber – Location: Ealing | Full Time Permanent | Salary up to £36,720 per annum, plus company van & fuel card | 42.5 hours per week (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday)
Join Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, delivering repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We complete thousands of repairs and electrical tests and support a wide range of upcoming projects.
Day to day duties
- Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties
- Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Fixing leaks and leak detection
- Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times
Role criteria & qualifications
- Experience in Plumbing
- Social housing experience
- A UK full valid driving license
- All our roles require entitlement to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered
- To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points
- Candidates may be subject to DBS/Security checks before commencement
