You will work to ensure safety, compliance and fit-for-occupation standards across reactive and planned works, supporting refurbishment programmes.
Key requirements include NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations with AM2, 18th Edition, 2391 testing, and a full UK driving licence; domestic housing experience is preferred.
