Salary up to £39,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card

42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday)

We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 2,200 electrical tests, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. Day to day duties
Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties

Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing

Fixing leaks and leak detection

Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps

Providing high levels of customer care at all times

Role Criteria
Experience in plumbing

Social housing experience

A UK full valid driving license

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
