Role Overview
We are looking for a Contract Administrator - Fire to join our dedicated Property Services department. The successful candidate will carry out all administrative duties in support of Fire Contract Management, to ensure all KPIs and regulatory requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and monitor all action plan items arising from A2Dominion's program of Fire Risk Assessment. Report on FRA actions when required.
- Respond to all resident and internal department correspondence by telephone, emails or in writing and/or requests for assistance and/or information.
- Raise all Works Orders as instructed.
- Coordinate access for Contractors, Consultants and Surveyors where necessary, in liaison with other Operations Directorate departments or residents.
- Liaise and work with the Contractor(s), Consultants, and all other Operations Directorate departments to ensure all fire-related compliancy inspections and reports are completed and updated in accordance with current A2Dominion Policies & Procedures.
- Assist with compliancy documentation and preparation of statistical information when requested.
- Work with and achieve competence with fire safety related software.
- Assist with the maintenance of Consultancy and Contractor 'Framework Agreements' as requested.
- Provide general administrative support to the Fire Team and assist the Fire Safety Team to meet Department KPIs and SLAs.
- Organise and attend meetings, and prepare minutes and action points as required, including occasional offsite meetings within and outside normal working hours.
- Assist in the administration and analysis of tenant and contractor feedback information. Carry out and input resident satisfaction questionnaires; produce statistics and reports when required to ensure results are fed back to improve the service.

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).
- Able to use IT packages/software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) to maximise own efficiency and effectiveness.
- Have experience of working in an administration post or similar.
- Have a willingness to learn and provide an excellent service.
