Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Leasehold Manager to act as the main point of contact for our customers and to block manage a portfolio of Leasehold properties within assigned neighbourhoods, ensuring that all properties are well‑maintained and comply with relevant health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service within the framework of Leasehold Services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for your customers to resolve and investigate complaints and issues raised by residents and provide advice and guidance.
- Build relationships and work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, hearings, and other forums to build relationships with customers.
- Deliver strong financial performance by working collaboratively with the service charge team to ensure production of accurate and transparent service charge estimates and year‑end accounts.
- Carry out/monitor regular estate inspections and ensure accurate records are maintained, ensuring all properties are well‑maintained and comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
More About You
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*-C).
- Previous experience of property management.
- Front line / customer‑facing property management experience desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of issues relating to leaseholders and shared owners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to analyse and draw logical conclusions from complex data.
- Good level of IT knowledge, using Word and Excel to compile and write reports.
