Lead a major finance and procurement transformation at pace
Are you a senior finance transformation leader with a strong track record of delivering complex change programmes? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where clarity, influence, and delivery really matter?
We’re seeking an Interim Finance Transformation Programme Director to lead and deliver a major programme to modernise Finance and Procurement at A2Dominion. This is a high-impact role, responsible for designing and delivering a transformation roadmap that rebuilds processes, systems, and controls — creating a streamlined, insight-driven function that adds real value to the business.
Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership, you’ll drive outcomes through structure, pace, and strong stakeholder engagement, leaving a sustainable operating model and clear handover at the end of the programme.

With over 38,000 homes across London and the South East, we reinvest our profits into building more affordable homes and delivering services that make a real difference. We’re also a proud member of the G15, helping lead the sector and tackle the housing crisis.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, lead, and deliver the finance transformation roadmap, ensuring progress against milestones, benefits realisation, and governance standards
* Partner closely with the CFO and senior leaders to embed commercial insight and proactive business partnering across Finance
* Redefine end-to-end financial processes, including Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Budgeting and Forecasting, reducing duplication and manual effort while strengthening control
* Lead the implementation and optimisation of financial systems, ensuring effective integration across Finance, Procurement, and wider business platforms
* Drive automation and digitisation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting timeliness
* Establish a robust performance framework, including KPIs, dashboards, and management information to enable data-driven decision making and accountability
* Introduce a clear, sustainable finance operating model, defining responsibilities, workflows, and service levels across Finance and Procurement
* Deliver a clear transition and handover plan, ensuring capability, ownership, and momentum are sustained post-programme
More About You
* Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience leading large-scale finance transformation programmes in a complex organisation
* Significant programme delivery experience in complex, regulated, or multi-entity environments
* Strong expertise in operating model design, process re-engineering, and digital finance
* Confident leading through influence, aligning senior stakeholders and maintaining pace
* Commercially astute, pragmatic, and highly delivery-focused
