Help shape and embed change that makes a real difference. Are you an experienced change professional who thrives on helping people, teams, and organisations successfully navigate change? Do you enjoy working closely with stakeholders to embed new ways of working and ensure change delivers real, lasting benefits? We’re looking for a Business Change Partner to play a critical people focused role in supporting A2Dominion through a wide range of change initiatives.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and operational colleagues across the organisation to embed new ways of working and bring people with us through organisational and process change. You will be able to embed into existing teams, understand their realities, communicate across all levels, design targeted interventions to address concerns, increase confidence and bring our people with us on a new and exciting journey. Delivering measurable improvements in engagement and behaviour changes, building capability, sharing insights, and supporting leaders to support their teams. We want you to be able to listen and then act on what you hear from our colleagues, explain the why, re-energise teams, create bespoke engagement activities to genuinely support, build and excite teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and key stakeholders across the business
- Conduct impact assessments to understand how change affects teams, roles, and processes
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders, supporting them to navigate and embed change effectively
- Develop and deliver change management plans, including communication, engagement, training, and behavioural adoption and benefits
- Define, evaluate, and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, readiness, and benefits realisation
- Design and deliver engaging communication plans and activities to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and confident in the change
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and build understanding
- Support the design and delivery of training programmes and development of user guides, FAQs, and support materials
- Work closely with the Business Change Manager and other key stakeholders to integrate change activity into project and re-organisation plans
- Monitor and report on change progress, adoption, and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed
- Promote best practice in change management and contribute to change networks across the organisation
More About You:
- A calm, people centred change practitioner
- Recognised change management qualification
- Proven experience delivering change initiatives involving people and process
- Experience in operating model changes desirable
- Experience working in matrix teams and fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and best practice change approaches
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence challenging constructively at all levels
- Understanding of the social housing environment and its regulatory and operational challenges (desirable)
