A2Dominion is seeking an Asset Surveyor to join our Property Services team. You will conduct stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments, and EPCs across our housing stock, informing investment programmes and sustainability strategies.
You will work with residents, Property Services, and Housing Services to deliver safe, energy-efficient homes. Reporting to the Senior Surveyor, you will help shape long-term asset management while ensuring compliance with housing law and health and safety
