Are you an accomplished transformation leader with a track record of delivering large-scale organisational change, digital innovation and service improvement? At A2Dominion, we're looking for an exceptional Director of Transformation & Innovation to lead our organisation-wide transformation agenda. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this is a strategically important leadership role responsible for driving innovation, continuous improvement and transformative change across the business.
You will play a key role in helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers, improve operational efficiency, strengthen regulatory compliance and build a future-ready organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver A2Dominion's Transformation & Innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and customer outcomes.
- Provide strategic leadership across transformation, innovation and service improvement activity throughout the organisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CIO, Executive Management Team and Board on transformation opportunities, priorities and risks.
- Lead a complex portfolio of transformation programmes, ensuring robust governance, prioritisation and successful delivery.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, digital platforms and data-driven solutions.
- Establish and embed a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and customer-centric design.
- Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable benefits, value for money and sustainable organisational change.
- Build organisational capability in programme delivery, innovation, service design and business change.
- Foster strong collaboration across operational, digital, data and corporate functions.
- Develop effective relationships with external partners, technology suppliers, regulators and sector bodies to bring best practice into the organisation.
More About You
- Experience working within Social Housing/Local Authority, or a similarly sector is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and innovation functions within a regulated environment.
- Demonstrable success transforming services through the application of modern technology, digital innovation and new ways of working.
- Experience leading complex transformation portfolios within medium to large organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at Executive and Board level.
- A proven ability to balance strategic ambition with operational delivery, governance and risk management.
- A passion for customer-centric transformation, service design and continuous improvement.
