A2Dominion is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor specialising in damp, mould and disrepair to support our Repairs & Maintenance team. The role focuses on investigating and resolving issues across our residential portfolio to ensure safe, compliant homes.
With at least 2 years' hands-on experience in social housing or similar settings, you will diagnose defects, manage repairs, and drive improvements while complying with HHSRS, CDM 2015 and relevant housing legislation.
