Make a real difference – support customers when they need it most
Are you passionate about helping people overcome challenges and build a brighter future? Do you thrive on supporting individuals with complex needs, working collaboratively with partners, and shaping innovative services? If so, this could be the role for you.
As part of our new Customer & Community Operating Model, we’re piloting a fresh approach to neighbourhood services. At the heart of this sits the Community Impact Coach – working directly with customers who face multiple, complex challenges, providing intensive support to help them stabilise, sustain their tenancies, and move forward with confidence.
This is more than tenancy sustainment – it’s about building trust, tackling root causes, and helping people achieve lasting positive change.
About us:
At A2Dominion, we’re more than a housing provider. We’re a not-for-profit organisation with a clear social purpose: to create homes and communities people love to live in. With over 38,000 homes across London and the South East, we reinvest our profits into building more affordable homes and delivering services that make a real difference. We’re a G15 housing association with a strong social purpose.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 15–20 customers with complex needs, delivering intensive, personalised support.
- Build trust, create personalised action plans, and help customers stabilise, sustain their tenancies, and progress.
- Support customers through the four-phase framework: Stabilising, Managing, Aspiring, and Succeeding.
- Work closely with colleagues and external agencies (NHS, Police, Probation, Local Authorities, CAB) to ensure joined-up support.
- Attend multi-agency meetings such as MARAC, safeguarding forums, and prison release planning.
- Identify and address root causes of crisis, from mental health and domestic abuse to financial hardship or gang involvement.
- Use data and digital tools (Dynamics CE, omni-channel systems) to manage cases and track outcomes.
- Contribute to pilot evaluation and help shape the future Community Impact Coach model.
About you
- Experience supporting vulnerable people with complex needs, ideally in housing or a community setting.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, tenancy sustainment, and issues such as mental health, domestic abuse, or substance misuse.
- Skilled communicator with empathy, resilience, and the ability to manage challenging situations.
- Confident working with partners and agencies to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
- GCSEs in Maths and English, plus a relevant Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
