We are looking for a motivated Finance Business Analyst Intern to support our finance and business teams. You will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, dashboard reporting, and business analysis. This role provides hands‑on experience in finance operations, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and analyse financial and operational data
  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Track budgets, expenses, and revenue trends
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Help maintain KPI dashboards and business reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
  • Prepare Excel spreadsheets, charts, dashboards, and presentations
  • Work with teams to gather reporting requirements
  • Support reconciliation of actual versus planned performance
  • Maintain financial models and reporting templates
  • Analyse profitability, spending behaviour, and cost patterns
  • Generate ad hoc reports for management
  • Assist with workflow documentation and process mapping

Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting and business analysis

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
  • Familiarity with financial modelling and forecasting
