A2B Social Care have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager provide care & support in a 3 bed therapeutic EBD home based in Stoke on Trent
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Children’s Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework
- Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child
- Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance
- Manage recruitment, staff training, and development
- Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted
Requirements:
- Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' management experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
- Driving Licence is essential
Salary:
£55,000 - £65,000 working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package
