A2B Social Care have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children\’s Manager provide care & support in a 3 bed EBD home based in Edgware HA8.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Childrens Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework
- Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child
- Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance
- Manage recruitment, staff training, and development
- Achieve and maintain a \”Good\” or \”Outstanding\” rating from Ofsted
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Childrens Residential or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years\’ experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting
- Driving Licence is essential
Salary:
£60,000 – £65,000 working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package.
