At A2B Payments, we help businesses streamline their payment processing with fast, secure, and cost-effective solutions. Whether it’s a small business or a large enterprise, we ensure seamless transactions with lower fees, faster payouts, and 24/7 support.
We’re expanding and have recently opened our brand-new office in Salford Quays. We’re looking for a Client Partnership Agent (Telesales) to join our team and help businesses get the most out of our payment solutions.
The Role
This is a telesales-based role, where you’ll be reaching out to businesses, building strong relationships, and introducing them to our payment processing solutions. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound telesales – reaching out to potential clients and introducing A2B’s payment solutions
- Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring a positive experience
- Providing expert support on payment processing and merchant services
- Assisting new clients with seamless onboarding
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Staying updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations
