Our client is a manufacturer of architectural fabrications for buildings, with a reputation for high quality products. They are based near to Worthing, West Sussex and have a vacancy for an experienced Turret Punch Machine, CNC Setter Operator using Radan 2D and 3D software. Knowledge of a Turret Punching Machine, or similar would be an advantage, in addition to setting and operating using Radan or similar software.

You also will need:

  • To be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • To have a friendly and flexible approach
  • Ability to read drawings, whether full CAD or hand drawn and be numerate
  • Forklift experience/certification would be an advantage.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4.30pm on Friday, with the opportunity for overtime and weekend work. The hourly rate will be based on experience. The standard working week is 42 hours.

In addition to the advertised pay rate the company operates an Employee Ownership Trust and is currently beyond half way in its transition to become fully employee owned. The current benefits include an income tax free bonus scheme and after full completion (expected mid to late 2027) the potential distribution of profits via dividends, subject to business performance.
