Our client is now looking for a Warehouse Goods-In Inspector to join their team in Littlehampton. This is a Temp to Perm position leading to a permanent contract after 12 weeks.

The Pay is £12.30 per hour plus holiday pay, equivalent to £485 per week. The working hours are 39.5 hours per week, equivalent to £25,264 per annum, Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Fridays 8am to 1.30pm.

Your day will be split 50% Product Inspection/Movement and the other 50% will be Computer data inputting.

  • Have experience booking goods in which includes being responsible for receiving/checking incoming goods
  • Ensuring the goods match the relevant paperwork (purchase order, delivery note)
  • Ensuring goods are in a good condition and match the item specs
  • Being able to use measuring tools such as a shadowgraph and Vernier gauge
  • Forklift licence and experience
  • Moving stock around the warehouse and moving locations on our systems
  • Knowledge of 123 or similar software – this is used for all movements of stock from the point of delivery to being despatch finished goods
  • Being able to identify lot numbers of products and any discrepancies found
