We are recruiting for a Customer Services Support Services Administrator to join our Manufacturing/ Production client in Hove, East Sussex.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a starting Salary of 28k per annum.

Customer Services Support Services Administrator-This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a stable position in a varied office working environment.

The role will involve maintaining ISO 9001.

We require the person to have the right attitude towards teamwork and be willing to step in and assist when the demand is increased.

The successful applicant must be willing to work directly with our client base and enjoy working as part of a team to complete various office-based duties.

Please be advised that this position will also involve some hands on work on the production/packing line, learning about the products first hand which will be very beneficial to help you understand the clients requirements when taking orders on the phone.

Job

Purpose: To work closely with other members of the Client Services Team, the Sales Executive Team and the Marketing Team.

To liaise directly with our large client base ensuring you accommodate their requirements.

To build relationships with EXISTING customers and generate future bookings.

Duties will include

  • Generating quotes from our sales team
  • Loading of campaigns into the system and ensure the smooth running of a campaign from start to finish
  • Loading of print jobs that require attention to detail (to the millimetre!)
  • Dealing with direct enquiries in a prompt manner – Answering calls
  • Managing relationships with transport companies
  • Liaising with production to make sure job is on track
  • Identify opportunities through regular contact with our clients and through strategic planning. using our internal systems to record, in a timely manner, accurate details of our relationships with clients
  • Understanding client needs, spotting trends, identifying improvement, replicating best practice across client-base and fully understand reasons for lost clients.
  • Assisting with problem solving to the benefit of client relationships
  • Forecasting likelihood of renewal next year being positive or negative – identifying renewals at risk and discuss a proposal with line manager to manage and execute a plan devised to reduce risk and increase likelihood of continued sales.

The ideal candidate

  • Previous Client/ Customer Services experience as an advisor or in after sales
  • Track record in building relationships – in person, online and via telephone
  • Good communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage varied workloads according to official and natural deadlines
  • Experience of working with database/CRM packages.
  • Evidence of drive and determination to hit targets
  • Additionally, if you have had some exposure to Health and Safety compliance, or hold a 1st Aid Certificate, or have been a Fire Marshall, these would be a great benefit to the company.
  • Willingness to work within a team and achieve both individual and wider team goals
  • Strong account management skills.
  • Evidence of ability to forecast financial outcomes, identifying challenges and risks and to manage a plan of action in those circumstances.
  • Experience and skills using Microsoft Office applications
