A24 Locums is currently recruiting 2 x Band 6 Pharmacy Technicians for a rewarding role based in Westcliff-On-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting patients in admissions, wards, and the emergency department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pharmacy services across wards, admissions, and ED
- Reviewing and dispensing medications
- Completing prescriptions on e-prescribing systems
- Reviewing patient notes via Careflow
- Stock checking using TMJ Insight
- Supporting the patient flow in urgent care settings
Requirements:
- MUST be ACT qualified – reflected on CV or with certificate
- MUST have hospital pharmacy experience
- Must hold personal indemnity insurance
- Ability to complete 15 hours of pre-shift e-learning training (Paid at £30/hour)
- Participation in an onsite induction and orientation on your first day
Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday only (No weekends)
- Shifts between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Staff may rotate across shift patterns
