About the Role:
24 Locums are seeking experienced Consultant Psychiatrists to conduct both remote and in-person assessments across the UK. You’ll work flexibly, managing your own caseload and schedule, while contributing your specialist expertise to high-quality clinical evaluations.
Key Details:
- Flexible Hours – Work as much or as little as you choose.
- Approx. 2 hours per case.
- Assessments completed using our structured Pro-Forma, to be returned within 48 hours of each session (note form only).
- Our admin team will finalise and draft reports for your review and validation.
- Competitive rates offered based on experience and case volume.
Requirements:
✅ On the GMC Specialist Register (Psychiatry)
✅ UK-based – no visa sponsorship available
✅ Valid DBS on the update service
✅ All compliance documentation and recent clinical references in order
✅ Experience conducting clinical assessments independently
✅ Reliable IT setup and secure internet connection for remote assessments
✅ Ability to attend in-person assessments where required

- Interviews: November–December 2025
- Expected Start: January 2026
