A24 is seeking a Temporary Publicity Coordinator to join our London Publicity team until May 2026. This person will be a motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, and time management with 1-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in PR. This is an immediate hire and will be based out of our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for European Senior Publicists and the global PR Department as needed: schedule calls, meetings, and screenings. Prepare agendas, and take minutes when requested.
  • Organize and update inter-departmental calendars, manage publicity inventory, coordinate and track courier services.
  • Coordinate Talent, Filmmaker, and Executive Travel for publicity campaigns: book cars, flights, trains, private charters, and hotels.
  • Compile, track and blast press breaks, reviews, and reactions to appropriate distribution lists.
  • Create, maintain, and send Talent and Filmmaker schedules.
  • Manage expense reports for departmental cards: code and process departmental invoices, in partnership with the AP department across Publicity Team.
  • Assist in monitoring Publicity spend for the department with the ability to flag overspend and budget correctly.
  • Assist in imagery and clip management: log approvals, update google tracking sheets.
  • Maintain and update Publicity files and press site: imagery, title treatments, press notes, clips, trailers, key art, and send links to select press and team members when needed.
  • Coordinate, manage, and update agency documents for film and TV projects.
  • Staff publicity-related events: cover talent at press and special screenings, press days/interviews, film festivals, and awards related events. This includes after-hours and weekend events.
  • Coordinate and oversee virtual interviews with talent.
  • Send and track screener links, DVDs, and coordinate DCP shipments with Print Traffic Team.
  • Facilitate press junkets, booking crews, hotels, make-up artists, and hairdressers as required.
  • Research and provide publicity information where necessary in order for the department to achieve overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years internship or professional work experience in PR required.
  • Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, time management and strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable and proactive.
  • Personable, social, and enthusiastic.
  • Humble, diligent and resourceful.
