A24 is looking for one part-time, in-office summer intern to support the Production team -- must be available up to 25 hours a week from June 15th to August 13th. This internship is part of A24's Summer Undergraduate Internship Program, which provides interns with a well-rounded, immersive experience across the organization. In addition to working closely with your assigned team, you'll participate in structured programming, gain cross-functional exposure, and receive professional development opportunities alongside fellow interns.

Please note this internship is based in our New York office. We're open to candidates from any location in the US who can come to our New York office for the summer; however, there are no relocation benefits offered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Filing/Organization on All Prep and Production Titles:
    • Day Files
    • Unions/Guilds
    • Internal Google Drive
    • Spreadsheet Updates:
      • Production Overview
      • LearnUpon
      • Department Head List
      • Storage Units
      • Assist with Storage Unit Assessments
      • Digital Unit Organization
    • Call Scheduling, as needed
    • Wrap Deliverables Checklists
    • Help keep track of files/checklist during production

    Qualifications

    • Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
    • Phone and email etiquette
    • Literacy with the following applications: Google Suite, Dropbox, Zoom
    • Final Draft & MovieMagic are a plus
    • Discretion with handling of sensitive materials
    • Outgoing - able to ask questions when stuck on a task or needing clarification on jobs of others within the department or company as a whole
    • Partner and work closely with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the industry and organization
