A24 is looking for one part-time, in-office summer intern to support the Post Production & Delivery team -- must be available up to 25 hours a week from June 15th to August 13th. This internship is part of A24's Summer Undergraduate Internship Program, which provides interns with a well-rounded, immersive experience across the organization. In addition to working closely with your assigned team, you'll participate in structured programming, gain cross-functional exposure, and receive professional development opportunities alongside fellow interns.
Please note this internship is based in our West Hollywood office. We're open to candidates from any location in the US who can come to our West Hollywood office for the summer; however, there are no relocation benefits offered for this position.
Responsibilities- Coordinate shipping and tracking deliveries
- Update inventories as assets get moved between facilities
- Log and organize film and TV documents and drives
- Take meeting notes as requested
- Script coverage tracking Post, VFX, Music elements, as needed
- Research Post and Delivery tools for future initiatives
- Review localization assets for accuracy
- Pull clean clips for marketing use, trailers, TV spots and social assets
- Pull high res stills from ProRes files for print vendors
- Download, ingest and watermark various video files and documents
- Assist with anti-piracy initiatives
- Assist with home entertainment metadata, as needed
- Assist with QC picture/audio assets, as needed
- Assist in processing EPK footage, handle transcriptions of EPK's and trailers, distribute links, as needed
- Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Previous experience in post-production environment, or relevant internship experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office, Shipping and Receiving
