    • Be a sounding board for managers and employees navigating tough decisions, as well as their own growth.
    • Own UK employment compliance and best practices, e.g., contracts, policies, right-to-work checks, statutory processes, and handbook updates as regulations evolve.
    • Lead your business groups through performance and comp planning cycles in collaboration with the broader People team.
    • Support onboarding for new starters, ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience from offer through first weeks.
    • Use business and people data (e.g., financials, goals, attrition, performance) to diagnose root issues and make grounded recommendations.
  • Office Management & Workplace Experience
    • Own the day-to-day running of the London office, e.g., space planning, workplace supplies, purchasing, budgeting, health & safety, other compliance requirements, and general logistics.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for building management and local vendors, e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering.
    • In collaboration with other colleagues, plan and coordinate office-based events and internal programming to build connectivity and culture.
    • Ensure strong front-of-house operations, including reception coverage and guest experience, stepping in during peak times as needed.
    • Serve as the primary in-office point of contact for day-to-day IT / AV needs, including basic troubleshooting and meeting room tech setup, partnering with central IT team as needed.
    • Support planning and execution of office upgrades, space enhancements, and future office planning, including construction and densification initiatives.

Qualifications – What you bring

  • 6+ years in HR, with expertise in local employment practices.
  • Experience owning office management or workplace operations, ideally for a high growth team.
  • Passion for partnering with and guiding leaders and managers.
