A24 is seeking an International Publicity Coordinator to join our London Publicity team. This person will be a motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, and time management with a minimum of 2 years of professional UK or International entertainment PR experience or relevant internships in PR.
Initial Responsibilities
- Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Provide administrative support for European Senior Publicists and the Global PR Department as needed: prepare agendas, circulate materials, track updates, and communicate priorities for internal meetings; schedule calls, meetings, and screenings; and take minutes when requested.
- Organize and update inter-departmental calendars, timelines, and various internal documents.
- Work closely with international partners, understanding cultural nuances and communication differences to support cohesive global campaigns.
- Serve as a consistent communication liaison with internal teams (Publicity, Marketing, Creative, Distribution, Legal, Finance), and agencies.
- Manage expenses and process a high volume of invoices - coding, tracking, and ensuring timely payment in partnership with AP/Finance and vendors; maintain organized financial documentation.
- Travel, Logistics & Event Coverage
- Coordinate Talent, Filmmaker, and Executive travel: book cars, flights, trains, private charters, and hotels.
- Staff publicity-related events: cover talent at press and special screenings, press days/interviews, film festivals, and awards-related events.
- Oversee logistics for international press activity, set visits, press trips, premieres and special events, coordinating travel, accommodation, groomers, crews and suppliers in collaboration with the publicity team and/or agencies.
- Press & Materials Management
- Compile, track and blast press breaks, reviews, and reactions to appropriate distribution lists.
- Maintain and update Publicity files & press site: imagery, title treatments, press notes, clips, trailers, key art, and send links to select press / team members when needed.
- Draft decks, presentations, and campaign documents for internal teams, filmmakers, and awards partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in entertainment PR, preferably within film or TV, either in-house or agency-side, with a proven ability to work across multiple campaigns, talent schedules and priorities or equivalent internship experience.
- A passion for film and entertainment.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced PR environment, managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder pressure while staying calm, composed, and professional.
- Availability for out of hours events e.g evening and weekend screenings, film festivals, Q&As and special events.
- Some international travel may be required.

Additional Requirements
- This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
- Full appointment to this role is subject to the satisfactory completion of a 3-month probationary period.
