A24 is looking for one part-time, in-office summer intern to support the Acquisitions & Development (ADP) team -- must be available up to 25 hours a week from June 15th to August 13th. This internship is part of A24's Summer Undergraduate Internship Program, which provides interns with a well-rounded, immersive experience across the organization. In addition to working closely with your assigned team, you'll participate in structured programming, gain cross-functional exposure, and receive professional development opportunities alongside fellow interns.
Please note this internship is based in our West Hollywood office. We're open to candidates from any location in the US who can come to our West Hollywood office for the summer; however, there are no relocation benefits offered for this position.
Responsibilities- Script coverage (features/shorts/screenplays) with clear summaries & thoughts, strengths/concerns, and actionable notes
- Script analysis & long-form script comparison coverage
- Assistance managing & maintaining extensive film festival calendars, spreadsheets, and film status trackers (on Excel, Google Calendar, & Airtable)
- Ability to do extensive research on film festivals, production companies, and talent
- General support across development + ops as projects move forward
- Occasional admin support
- Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree

- Ability to follow directions closely & take initiative
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent writing and communication (you can be concise, direct & specific)
- Strong organization and follow-through; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
- Good story instincts and the ability to give thoughtful, useful feedback with strong marketplace judgment
- Familiarity with film festival circuit and/or creative development
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Cal/Sheets/Drive) and Airtable
