A24 is seeking an Assistant to support three Senior Executives in our London office. The role will involve extensive diary management and scheduling, overseeing a busy desk, maintaining internal documents and databases, and handling general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and independent, with a professional yet personable manner. This is an in-person role based in our London office (generally 4-5 days per week in-office).

Initial Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear understanding of the executives’ priorities to provide effective, comprehensive support
  • Manage diaries and schedules with accuracy and foresight
  • Research and prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings
  • Track submissions and flag priorities for the executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and associated logistics
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Act as the first point of contact for a wide range of industry professionals
  • Build and maintain knowledge of complex relationships with partners and collaborators
  • Contribute to special projects, including planning events and off-site meetings
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels, internally and externally
  • Anticipate executive needs and respond proactively
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Meeting and greeting guests and general hospitality within the building
  • Work across office hours with some availability outside office hours – TV is a busy industry, and not all work is confined within standard office hours
