Job Title: Guest Relations & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a part-time Guest Relations & Operations Assistant to join our Front of House team at The Vineyard Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a luxury hospitality environment, supporting the daily operations of our 9-bedroom hotel, the Vineyard Kitchen restaurant, and event spaces.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and flexible—with experience in hospitality or admin—and is looking to grow their hours in the near future.
Initial Working Days:
- Monday and Tuesday (essential)
- Additional
overtime opportunities available in the restaurant and assisting with admin as needed
Key Duties:
- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional service at reception
- Handling bookings and enquiries for hotel rooms, the restaurant, tee times, and wine experiences via phone, email, and third-party platforms
- Assisting with restaurant service (waiting tables) as required
- Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or administration
- Confident phone manner and competent computer skills
- A friendly and professional presence with strong attention to detail
- A flexible approach and willingness to support across departments
- Availability to start by mid/end of June
