Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and look after guests throughout their entire dining journey
- Support the team with professional, high-end food and beverage service
- Maintain high standards of service and meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with table preparation and restaurant setup/close-down
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service periods
- Take pride in the presentation of the dining room and guest areas
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality experience is required: We are looking for an experienced individual comfortable in a professional service environment
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a natural rapport with guests
- Passion for hospitality and an understanding of fine-dining standards
