A24 Group Limited is seeking an Estates Maintenance Operative to join a small, busy maintenance team across Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens and Mannings Heath estate and Sutton offices.

You will handle daily maintenance tasks and assist with larger projects, ensuring facilities are guest-ready.

You will bring practical maintenance experience, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward health and safety.

The role includes travel between multiple sites and a permanent position with a 07:30–16:30
