A24 is seeking an Assistant to support three Senior Executives in our London office. The role will involve extensive diary management and scheduling, overseeing a busy desk, maintaining internal documents and databases, and handling general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and independent, with a professional yet personable manner. This is an in‑person role based in our London office (generally 4‑5 days per week in‑office).
Initial Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of the executives’ priorities to provide effective, comprehensive support
- Manage diaries and schedules with accuracy and foresight
- Research and prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings
- Track submissions and flag priorities for the executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and associated logistics
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Act as the first point of contact for a wide range of industry professionals
- Build and maintain knowledge of complex relationships with partners and collaborators
- Contribute to special projects, including planning events and off‑site meetings
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels, internally and externally
- Anticipate executive needs and respond proactively
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Meeting and greeting guests and general hospitality within the building
- Work across office hours with some availability outside office hours – TV is a busy industry, and not all work is confined within standard office hours
